These are two of the models at the PhotoPro Expo in Cincinnati providing photographers excellent photo opportunities at this years event. The lighting here was three spider lights. I think I remember them as a strip bank with a grid to the left and behind the models, a large softbox to the right about shoulder high, and then a medium softbox in front of the models to the left.
